The following should be said in a clear and audible voice.
Ta gan-yuàn shĕ-shen shòu-nàn shí, (Takes the bread with both hands, raises it a little.) ná-qĭ miàn-bĭng, găn-xiè lė, fen-kai, jiao-geĭ Ta dė mén-tú shuo:
祂甘願捨身受難時，拿起麵餅，感謝了，分開、
交給祂的門徒說：
Bows slightly.
Nĭ-mėn Dà-jia Ná Qù Chi:
Zhè Jìu-shì Wŏ-dė Shen-tĭ,
Jiang Wèi Nĭ-mėn Ér Xi-sheng.
你們大家拿去吃：這就是我的身體，
將為你們而犧牲。
Raises the Host with both hands, places it on the paten, makes a reverence.
Wăn-can hòu, Ta tóng-yàng ná-qĭ bei lái, (He takes the chalice and raises it slightly.) yòu găn-xiè lė, jiao-geĭ Ta dė mén-tú shuo:
晚餐後，祂同樣拿起杯來，又感謝了，
交給祂的門徒說：
Bows slightly.
Nĭ-mėn Dà-jia Ná Qù He:
Zhè Yì Bei Jìu-shì Wŏ Dė Xiĕ,
Xin Ér Yŏng-jĭu-dė Méng-yue Zhi Xiĕ,
Jiang Wèi Nĭ-mėn Hàn Zhòng-rén Qing-líu,
Yĭ Shè-miăn Zuì-è.
Nĭ-mėn Yào Zhè-yàng Zuò, Lái Jì-niàn Wŏ.
你們大家拿去喝：這一杯就是我的血，
新而永久的盟約之血，將為你們和眾人傾流，
以赦免罪惡。你們要這樣做、來紀念我。
